Him, warning and teaching everyone with all wisdom, so that we may
present
everyone mature in Christ.” One of the weaknesses in the modern western church is a lack of true discipleship among our adults. We have groups that read best-sellers and we talk about our week, but how often do we find ourselves with our Bible and a notepad in hand ready to be taught? We are so eager to share, and that is great . . . it just is not discipleship.
We want to create environments in which godly, mature men and women are partnered with eager learners . . . rabbis with disciples. It is in those environments that true discipleship takes place. Beliefs are matured. Scripture is hidden within hearts. Worship is grounded in truth.
Our ladies will meet weekly in homes with great snacks and fancy coffee to create an uncluttered environment free from the stress of daily life.
Our men will be guided through an online study utilizing Facebook to create a virtual discipleship environment to help busy “Dads” and husbands who work long hours or who travel throughout the week.
The goal is maturity, learning, and worship.
