“Bring the full 10 percent into the storehouse so that there may be food in My house. Test Me in this way," says the LORD of Hosts. “See if I will not open the floodgates of heaven and pour out a blessing for you without measure."
Because we are aware that all money given in the forms of tithes and offerings to The Church in the Hills is at its very core a display of worship to Almighty God, we will always endeavor to carefully remove that worship from the offering plate, wisely secure those funds, and to utilize them with great fear and trepidation. It is our intention to use the tithes and offerings with great stewardship and frugality, never forgetting where those funds originate and why they were entrusted to the leadership of The Church in the Hills.
Because we believe that the giving of the church will far outpace the needs of The Church in the Hills as an organization and the needs of the local community, we will make it our aim to take half of all funds given in worship to The Church in the Hills and distribute that portion of the weekly offering to an organization committed to serving the needs of our world and exalting the name of Jesus as they serve. The remaining half of the weekly offering will be utilized internally to fund the ministry of The Church in the Hills in its three-mile community.
