MEET OUR PASTOR

BubbaJoseph “Bubba” Rainwater

Bubba has spent the last ten years working with college students in two local churches, most recently at Burnt Hickory Baptist Church in Powder Springs. Bubba has a passion for teaching the Scriptures utilizing the original languages of the Bible and asking the question you never saw coming. Bubba is a graduate of Southwestern Theological Seminary with a Master of Arts in Theology doing his master’s thesis work in the area of Church and State Relations.


Bubba’s wife, Ashlie, is a stay-at-home Mom and loves to do interior decorating in her spare time. Ashlie is also a graduate of Southwestern Theological Seminary with a dual Master’s degree in Counseling and Religious Education.

Bubba and Ashlie have three children: Holland, Cort, and Caden.
