We want to be able to disciple our students and engage them in the full ministry of the church, so we will make every attempt to keep our students, both high school and college, in as many adult venues as possible. We also recognize the special needs of teens and college students, so our aim is to design unique environments that will help our students mature in their understanding of the gospel and to engage them in opportunities to serve.
Because our pastor has a background in both youth and collegiate ministry, he will serve as the youth and college pastor until we grow to a point where we can effectively employ a person for this crucial position . . . it will be our first position to hire.
